Display Screen Installation
For this project we installed a 103" Panasonic Plasma Display and several other 65" and 50" plasma displays in support of a Video Teleconferencing (VTC) upgrade. To seismically mount the 500 lb. center display in front of the non-load bearing wall, we designed and built a custom structural steel mount traversing the wall interior that spanned from the concrete foundation all the way to the concrete roof, about 6 feet above the suspended ceiling.
As we modified the interior of the back room to allow access to the rear of the center display, we added three additional 50" displays, relocated two existing 65" and 50" displays to the main teleconferencing area in the front room, and installed an outdoor security camera.
The main video teleconferencing room included a small PTZ camera shelf under the center display and lectern that were custom designed to meet the customer's specific needs.
